About the role:
As a Product Manager at Crypto, you will have the opportunity to work at the cutting edge of Crypto, DeFi and NFTs. We are constantly innovating and developing new products, this includes:
• Developing pilot cases for tokenized assets
• Designing new DeFi applications such as yield farming and staking or take our digital asset exchange to the next level.
• The expansion of our NFT platform
This is an extremely exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Product Manager to take ownership and drive product development from conception to launch. You will work closely with executive management, design, engineering and in cross-functional teams to achieve Crypto’s vision.
At Crypto, we listen to our customers and the market to develop products and features users actually want. We want our product managers to be very customer focused and to create products that set us apart.
Core Responsibilities:
· Work closely with executive team and contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap
· Own your product within your vertical (DeFi / NFT / Digital Asset Exchange / B2B Marketplaces) and be the driving force in its development
· Stay on top of current developments in the market, identify and evaluate new opportunities and propose features, services, and improvements
· Maintain product roadmap and prioritize backlog
· Create requirements, wireframes, process flows, acceptance criteria
· Work and iterate with design and the development team
· Perform user acceptance tests and ensure requirements are implemented as requested
· Integrate user feedback and analytical data into product iterations
· Collaborate with marketing on product marketing, launches, user insights etc.
· Evangelize the power of data, analytics, prototyping and experimentation
What you’ll need:
· 5+ years of experience in product management in fintech, crypto, gaming or trading
· A proven track record of building amazing products that delight users and create clear business impact
· In depth knowledge and practical experience with cryptocurrency exchanges, DeFi, NFTs, yield farming, staking etc.
· Expertise in data gathering and quantitative analysis
· A strategic mindset and the ability to innovate
· Driven to achieve results: solution oriented and hands-on
· Superb organizational skills and keen attention to detail
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-have:
· Prior experience as product manager in the blockchain, crypto space
· A proven track record of leading cross-functional and development teams
