Whilst this role will have the support of the Group Marketing Director and a network of other marketeers, this role will give freedom to explore big ideas and work closely with the CEO Ross Summers https://www.linkedin.com/in/rosssummers/, and key stakeholders.

Our core service offering is Keepers as a Service (KaaS) an in-house recruitment subscription model specifically designed for tech startups and scaleups.
Responsibilities
- Execute the marketing plan to build communities, communicate with target audiences to build and develop customer relationships.
- Run the brand’s social media channels, engaging across online groups and networks to build the company presence and networks within the market
- Optimise and improve the content marketing strategy, bringing new ideas on how we could enhance this using podcasts, video, webinars etc
- Nurture relationships with strategic partners (VCs, funding platforms and tech start-ups)
- Develop and deliver b2b campaigns in line with business objectives and report on their performance
- Monitor industry and competitor activity, providing updates and insights where required
- Produce and distribute key marketing materials across the network, including presentations and ad hoc administrative duties
- Develop and produce brand assets ensuring all materials reflect visual and narrative brand guidelines
- Measure, iterate, and improve our marketing output based on the data
Our keeper
- Knowledge of social media marketing, and the ability to create, schedule and analyse content
- Experience with social community management, engaging, and connecting audiences with the brand
- 2+ years’ experience in brand and communications marketing campaign planning, execution, and reporting
- Effective written communication skills and the ability to write engaging copy across a variety of mediums and formats including both long and short-form copy
- Strong project management and organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure whilst managing often competing priorities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders in a highly commercial environment
- Experience organising and running ‘tech meetup’ esque events
- A mindset that questions, and isn’t afraid to challenge and suggest new ideas
- Knowledge of tech start-up’s and/or VC’s would be advantageous
- Proven in creating and managing b2b campaigns from concept stage to ROI analysis
- Demonstrable experience in distributing content, audio and media over social media, especially LinkedIn
- Comfortable working with marketing automation, email and CRM systems like HubSpot
